I am honored to run this fun race in honor of our beautiful friend Lynette Gregory. We will be wearing our "Lynette's Ladies" visors in tribute to Lynette. Our amazing, loving Lynette left our side much too soon. We are still struggling to understand the how and why of her brief (less than a month) illness. Please pray for her 3 children and her husband as they struggle to cope with losing their mother and wife. We are running this race as evidence that her spirit lives on in all of us. She has certainly inspired me to be a better person. I LOVE YOU LYNETTE - FOREVER AND ALWAYS! Girlfriends forever!

I am not only jazzed to get some endorphins exploding and some mud in my face, but to be with girlfriends who inspire me and challenge me. We work out together, laugh together and are there for each other in the little things. Jody just brought me strawberries and a picture frame since my dog just passed away. Jackie snags my child Kaylee for a workout routine that helps her stay healthy, Katie brings protein bars and steeva-sweetner since I have not yet tried these tasty choices . . . Paige was crazy enough to run our last triathlon with me while Jody and Kaylee yell and scream from the sidelines!

That’s what girlfriends do! They go crazy for each other being their best cheerleader ready to get muddy, challenging each other side by side to see the race through! Sometimes it’s a sprint, sometimes it’s a marathon . . . but one thing is for sure when it is girlfiendified it’s the best! Be that girlfriend . . . tag you are it!! Patty
